Studio Name

EXTENDED TIME: Please list any routines that require extended time (by song title). If none, please type none. Time limits are 6 min for production, 4 min for line, 3 min for all other routines.

STUDENT CHOREOGRAPHY: Please list any student choregraphed routines (by song title). If none, please type none.

SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP: Please list any dancers graduating from high school in 2025 who ALSO perform a solo for consideration for our a senior scholarship. If none, please type none.

TRUE BELIEVER DIVISION: Our TRUE Believer Division is designated for dancers of special needs. Please list any dancers/routines that should be placed in this division. If none, please type none.

I understand levels will be determined by judges scores. Two sets of high scores will be announced (TRUE Colors and TRUE Power) and routines will be placed in the level for high score based on the adjudication received. Titles are announced in both levels are are gender neutral. Required
